There are many reasons for a portrait session but on this day in Del Mar California, we documented the happy time of expecting a child! This couple is expecting their first baby and in a creative and brilliant way to announce it to their parents, we booked this photo shoot so that they could share the photos as gifts when they break the happy news to their families!

Del Mar, California is one of the most beautiful places for a photo session .Whether it is a baby announcement photo, an engagement session, an anniversary photo session, or a family portrait session… I love them all at this location by the beach!

Romantic, clean, and modern was the look for this photo shoot. I love the way these colors show up in beach photos.
Favorite Moment:
My favorite moment was after the photo shoot. I could tell that the couple was a little bit worried about the cloudy weather… But once I showed them how beautiful the photos turned out despite the sun hiding behind the clouds, I was thrilled with their reaction and so happy to give them beautiful photos no matter what the weather was doing!
