I am so in love with these elegant and classic photos on the beach in Oceanside, California. I love beach weddings and everything about the personality of this wedding was absolutely perfect for Katie and Jeff. Being in Oceanside native as well, it was also the perfect bride and groom + photographer fit. Katie and Jeff, thank you so much for trusting me to photograph your wedding day, congratulations!

Fun fact:

Katie and Jeff met Tinder.com! I love what Jeff said on his first date… She asked if he wanted some wine and he said “wine not”

Choosing a special wedding venue:

The Oceanside California Harbor, ceremony location

Jeff grew up surfing at the Harbor, and Katie moved to SoCal for the ocean. They both go there often. It has significance to Jeff and is very symbolic. Katie has always dreamt of having a beach wedding and can’t believe it’s real!

The Oceanside Museum of Art on Pierview Way

We did a lot of research about Oceanside venues and stumbled into the Art Museum. We loved working with Tanya, and the vibe was funky/unique and perfect for us, with the right location.
