Over the years I have heard about just about every type of pricing structure in wedding photography. Some photographers include their negatives or digital files, and others charge a premium for each of your photos after the wedding. While I can’t say what is right and what is wrong, I can say what I would prefer. I always include Digital Photos with my wedding coverage.
I believe you should have your photos to keep forever. Once you’ve hired me to photograph your wedding day, you can rest assured that your digital media will be fully delivered to you, at full resolution, and without any logos. It’s just like having your negatives from the days the film. As technology changes, so does the way I deliver these images. I remember burning multiple CDs for each of my weddings! Thank goodness these days are over.
Today I delivery by digital downloads, and also by custom USB drives with all your photos contained.
